This page brings together the legal notices and disclosures that apply to your use of Swop's websites, applications, and services. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which together govern your relationship with Swop.
The following documents form the agreement between you and Swop: the Terms & Conditions, which set out the rules for using the platform; the Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected and used; and any additional terms presented to you for specific features. For help with any of these, visit our Support page.
Swop provides self-custodial software. You alone control your wallets, private keys, and digital assets. Swop does not take possession of user funds, cannot access or recover your keys, and cannot reverse transactions once they are confirmed on-chain. Losing access to your keys or recovery credentials may result in the permanent loss of your assets.
Digital assets are volatile and may lose some or all of their value. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and smart contracts — including escrow contracts used by Swop — may contain bugs or behave unexpectedly. Past performance of any asset is not indicative of future results. You should only transact with funds you can afford to lose.
Nothing on Swop's websites or applications constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset. All content is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the laws and tax obligations of your jurisdiction.
